A focused, hands-on creative day designed for photographers ready to actually fill their mini sessions.

Inside the studio, we’ll build and shoot a fully styled “Lavender Bloom” set, a soft, floral concept designed to attract clients and convert bookings. You’ll walk away with portfolio-ready content, real strategy, and a clear plan to launch your next round of minis with confidence.

If you’ve ever felt like your camera has more power than you’re using, then this class is for you! In this class we will break down the technical skills that shape your images - and make them understandable, practical, and immediately usable, no matter what you love to photograph.

Led by a working sports and event photographer who also enjoys shooting weddings, astrophotography, proposals, landscapes, and much more; this class is built on real‑world experience across fast‑moving and unpredictable environments. You’ll learn how to control your camera with confidence and make intentional choices that elevate your work in any environment.

What you'll learn

You can expect to build a strong understanding of the technical foundations that help you make intentional, consistent images in any environment. Through clear explanations and hands‑on practice, you’ll learn how to use your camera’s tools in a way that makes sense and work for you.

You will be able to practice concepts during the class with guidance, as well as see live demonstrations with a commentary of the thought process behind each decision.
